You don't really fear being seen — you fear being seen as powerful.
There's something about the theme of power: Who am I to hold power? Who am I to be seen as powerful? Who am I to be an authoritative figure — at work, in certain dynamics, in a business, within society?

I really want you to look at the theme of power and how you relate to it. Typically, there's a negative, limiting belief associated with power.
What do you think power means?
Power is destructive. Power is narcissistic. It's unsafe for me to hold power.
There's too much responsibility that comes with holding power. There's too much stress that comes with holding power.

These are the beliefs that can collapse us back into a state of “I don't want to be seen. I don't want leadership.”
But really — anytime we're in a position of leadership, we're in a position of opinion that is valuable.
That is holding power.

Power is the ability to influence.
That’s what it is — the ability to influence, to inspire, to move energy.

And I want you to understand something:
If you want to impact society — the collective field — in a powerful way, it requires that you make peace with power.
And that you make peace with being seen.

I want you to sit with this question:
What is the ripple effect of you saying yes?

If I say yes, what happens?
If you say yes, what happens?
If you say yes to your soul purpose, if you say yes to your dream, if you say yes to a business idea, if you say yes to moving forward in a relationship… if you say yes to the vision you have of living in a different place —
What is the ripple effect of that?

Because every decision creates a new timeline.

When you say yes to your purpose,
When you say yes to your mission,
When you say yes to being seen —
The ripple effect is that millions of lives can be changed by your reflection.

You see, it's not about you.
The ego wants to believe, “This is about me.”
“If I allow myself to be seen, are people going to like me? Are they going to think I'm pretty enough, beautiful enough, handsome enough? Are they going to think I’m good enough? Qualified enough? Credible enough?”
That’s the ego.
Me, me, me. I, I, I.

But your soul understands the interconnected web of existence —
The infinite mirror within creation —
That with your presence, with your visibility, with your reflection, you can shift someone into an alternate state.

Just by embodying a high vibration.
 A state of love.
 A state of light.
 A state of wisdom.
A state of information that they need.

And this doesn't look the same for everyone.
Not everyone's meant to be on a world stage.
But everyone does have their own stage.

This could look like taking on more responsibility at work — and no longer repelling the next best opportunity, such as being promoted.

You see, when you embody the power —
Which is: “I am no longer afraid to hold influence”
You become a vibrational match to leadership roles, to impactful positions.

If you want to have impact…
If you want to drive change…
If you want to expand consciousness…
 It requires leadership.

Leadership is power in embodiment.
Being influential — with your presence, your words, your vibration.

And maybe for you, this doesn’t look like business or career.
Maybe it looks like using your voice.
 Telling a friend the truth.
Telling a family member something they need to hear — so they can expand.

That, too, is being seen in your power.

So no — you’re not afraid of being seen.
You’re probably fine being seen as quiet, agreeable, voiceless… a people pleaser.

But are you comfortable being seen as powerful?
As clear?
As stable?
As direct?
As confident?

Because there’s something about that… that makes you squirm.

When we’ve held distorted views of power —
Or when we’ve been disempowered for so long —
The thought of holding power feels like too much of a stretch.

Your nervous system hasn’t calibrated for it.
 Being the decision-maker.
Being the one people look to for guidance.

So how do you become the version of you that’s comfortable with power?

Small daily decisions that empower you.
 That’s how.

Every decision creates momentum and adds to the timeline where you feel safe being seen.

People often ask, “How do I become safe being seen?”
Well — safety doesn't come from other people.

Other people’s opinions?
 They’re unmanageable.
You’ll never control how someone perceives you.

So the safety has to come from you.

If I want to feel safe being seen, I have to create safety inside of myself.
 How?

I accept myself.
 All of myself.
Every version and variation — unconditionally.

I know who I am.
 I know my intentions.
I know why I want to be seen, and I know that my voice is pure.

And because I know that, I feel safe — regardless of how others may distort my reflection.

Because I know the place from which it’s coming.

And usually, when we want to be seen — or when our work requires it —
It’s because we’re meant to help a lot of people.

And if you know that your intentions are rooted in genuine care and authentic love…
You can give yourself the permission to hold that position of power.

With dignity.
 With integrity.

Now maybe what’s holding you back is shame from past versions of yourself.

“I used to be this. I used to do that. People might still see me that way…”

But that was a past version of you.
And that version — those lived experiences — they qualify you to lead.

They qualify you to guide, to teach, to influence.

That self is necessary for the you that’s stepping into leadership.

Whatever it looks like for you —
Creating content, starting a business, stepping into your voice in friendships or family —
The path you’ve walked is your curriculum.

It’s your wisdom.

It’s what will flow through you.

That’s why you must be seen.

It’s not about you
It’s about the ripple effect of you.

And you’ll never fully know how far that ripple goes.

There will never be an algorithm or technology that can measure the true impact of your presence…
 Of your voice…
 Of your story…
 Of your creation.

When your soul is louder than your ego…
When your heartbeat pulses stronger than your insecurity…

You will allow yourself to be seen.
You will see yourself as worthy of holding power.

And if you’re still afraid — ask yourself why.

Do you believe you’re irresponsible?
Have you made mistakes you haven’t forgiven yourself for?

Then it’s time to make peace with former versions of you.
 Thank them.
 Release them.

We are not bound to one identity.

You are infinite.

You are always choosing who you’re becoming.

Maybe you were the shy kid.
 Maybe you never spoke up.
And you’re afraid of how those who knew you then will perceive you now.

Imagine them in the front row of your life.
All the people who’ve seen you small.
 Now they see you powerful.

Head high.
 Shoulders back.
 Speaking truth.
 Radiating wisdom.

Let them feel your power.

Don’t dim your light to protect others from their own reflection.

Because when they see your power —
They remember theirs.

You are not responsible for how others feel about your brilliance.

Let them decide how they feel.
 But don’t hold back.

Being seen in your power is also being open to receiving love.

And that’s what you’re here for.

So accept both:
 Some will love you.
 Some may not.

But your mission is clear.

You are here to shift lives.
 To wake people up.
To leave a vibration behind that outlives all fear, shame, or judgment.

Let that be your legacy.
