Welcome back to another episode on Expanding with Erin, featured on Erin Lyons TV. And today I'm going to be sharing a very powerful morning and night manifestation exercise that is guaranteed to totally shift your reality and give you the keys to a new timeline. If you're interested in collapsing the energetic pattern you have going on, stepping into a new identity or totally transforming your day-to-day reality, this episode is for you. Sit tight, stay tuned. All right, welcome back. So people always ask me, Erin, what do you do in the morning? What do you do at night? What's your routine? And in transparency as a mother now, it looks completely different. However, for years and years and years and years, I did the exact same thing. We're going to start with talking about the way you go to sleep, meaning how you feel before you go to sleep. This is really important. Before you go to sleep, most people are replaying all of the scenes, interactions, and scenarios from the day. So if they had a bad day, they're in a bad feeling state. So this is all about your feeling state. If they had a good day, they feel good. And so whatever's unfolding in the day is now dictating their state of being. Now, here's the thing. However you go to sleep, meaning the way you feel as you're drifting off to sleep, sets the tone for what you establish as an energetic momentum when you wake up in the morning. So this is what many people are doing. I had a bad day, I feel bad. I'm going to sleep. And when I wake up, I have a residue from the previous day. So now instead of approaching the day in clear, fresh new energy, they're carrying over the vibrational signal from yesterday. This is what I call, folks, quite literally living in the past. You're living in the past. Maybe you had a bad day, maybe you had a bad week. Maybe you had a bad month. Maybe you had a bad year. Okay, and the universe is channeling through me right now and saying, however, it's you deciding unconsciously to continue that rhythm, that momentum, that pattern of energy. And if we want to break up that pattern of energy, regardless of the day we had, it doesn't matter. Right before we go to sleep, we are presented with a very powerful opportunity to manipulate the frequency of the next day. Okay. So it works like this. Before you drip drift off to sleep, I want you to do two things. The first thing is I want you to set an intention for the next day. So when I wake up, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna go to work, I have this meeting, I have these calls, I have to be here. Whatever your next day looks like, I want you to pre-plan it, run it through your uh consciousness, stream it through your consciousness, but play in the highest possibility of outcomes. Meaning, if you have an important meeting or you have an interview or you're going on a date, play it out in your mind as if the highest best case scenario version of that occurrence happens. Okay, and then you're gonna capture the emotional feeling state of having that phenomenal day. So that's the first thing intention and pre-planning. So you're setting and uh you're sending out a frequency to the universe that says, this is my expectation. So you know what happens? You jump into a timeline where the day can unfold like that. Now the second thing is, and especially if you had a bad day, if you had a bad day, you need to relive the day you just had in your mind as if it went the way you wanted it to go. You live it out as if everything you wanted to happen happened perfectly, and now you're overpowering, overriding whatever scenarios play themselves out that you don't feel resonance with, or you don't like them, or you don't like what happened, or you got into an argument with someone, or you got fired at work. Doesn't really matter. You're gonna relive the day. You're gonna relive the day. Another technique I'm gonna give you is let's say you did have a great day, or even if you didn't have the best day, find something within that day that you can be thankful and grateful for, really appreciative. Maybe somebody gave you a compliment, open the door. So let's say it was a horrible day, but you're still gonna find moments that were good. So you see, these three techniques I just gave you, I'm gonna re-resummarize them. I'm gonna summarize them. Pre-plan the next day and feel as good as you possibly can. This is before you go to sleep. Relive the day you already had as if you had the best day, even if you really didn't, and identify things that you are extremely grateful and thankful for that showed up in your day. All three of these techniques work extremely well and will establish the frequency you will wake up in. Guaranteed. Okay. So that's what you do. Now, some of the other things you can do to amplify or support this before you go to sleep is meditation. Meditation is so powerful because it will support you in neutralizing the story, right? So the purpose of meditation is that when you are asleep, or I'm sorry, the purpose of meditation is that when you are not in the mind and you are not consumed by thought, and you become the observer of thought, and then eventually reach a moment of thoughtlessness, meaning you're just being the story stops. You are quite literally pulling yourself out of the story and out of the pattern, and you're neutralizing it. So maybe you meditate before you do those three techniques. Okay, another powerful exercise is just gratitude. Again, writing this down is most powerful. So one of the most powerful manifestation techniques I've worked with more than all of the others is gratitude because it instantaneously shifts your vibration and shifts the signal, you're emanating to the field of existence, the quantum field. Okay. So you meditate, you do uh 10 gratitude statements, and it looks like this. I am so thankful for XYZ. Now, if you really want to do some magic, present tense gratitude statements, meaning that which you desire, reverse engineer it and speak as if you have it now. This has manifested me hundreds of thousands of dollars, miracles, uh, crazy, miraculous synchronicities, millions of dollars. Something was going awfully wrong, terribly wrong, and it all turned around because of this technique. So it's extremely ancient, powerful, yet simple technology. Okay, so you're going to say, I'm so happy and grateful that the perfect job showed up that's paying me exactly what I asked the universe for. And I love the commute. It's close to my home. I love my boss. I love the people I work with, I love the details of the role. You see what I mean? It's as if you got it exactly as you wanted it. And you write it down that you see, writing, there are more neural pathways connected to writing than there are, let's say, typing. Okay. Um, so it can really drop you into the feeling state because creating your reality is far more about how you feel than even what you think. The feeling is what gives the thought or the intention direction and energizes it, okay? Without the feeling, then words are just empty. Thoughts are pretty aimless, okay? So that's what you're gonna do. Now, when you wake up in the morning, as soon as you open your eyes, you're gonna start training yourself to identify something that makes you feel really good. I'm gonna have an amazing day today. I'm so thankful and grateful to be alive. I do this every single day, as soon as I can. You know, maybe sometimes you're a bit groggy or you forget or it slips, but you see, when you wake up in the morning, you have this window of time. It's almost like a blank slate. You know what I'm talking about? You wake up and you go, it's almost like your uh your character hasn't uploaded yet. And so it's just blank. I'm gonna have the best day ever. Today's amazing. Okay, now you not only did you pre-prep the night before, but in the morning, it gave you that boost to be in high energy. And the first thing out of your mouth is, I am going to have a great day. I love being alive. Thank you, universe. Okay, you're establishing the vibrational set point necessary to have a good day. So you just jumped into a timeline, you just jumped into a version of quantum reality where you can have a good day, you can attract some good things. So then guess what? You just had a good day. And so one good day becomes a good week. One good week becomes a phenomenal month. One phenomenal month becomes an incredible year. It's gonna require willpower, it's going to require discipline, it's going to require being and living in your heart and not giving in to the old story. So, some other things you can do to amplify your morning. Beauty rituals, and this is for men and women. When you look in the mirror in the morning, every single day, you say, I love you and you are beautiful. You see, the vibration of beauty activates magnetism. If I feel beautiful, I truly feel that. Okay. So mirror, the mirror method. You look in the mirror and you say as many positive things to yourself as you can possibly think of. Exercise, extremely, extremely important. You should be doing this at least three to four times per week, uh, cardio, because this is going to burn old energy and it's gonna get your blood moving and it's gonna speed up your heart rate, and you're gonna feel so good coming down from moving the body and getting all of this energy going. People who are stuck in life, they all have one thing in common. People who truly feel stuck for years and years and years, you'll notice something. They don't move their bodies. If you simply go to the gym and move your body, you will move energy in your life. You'll be receiving downloads and having breakthroughs and feeling so good. So you can amplify your morning that way. And of course, meditation in the morning, 10 to 15 minutes, that's another amplifier to neutralize yourself and prime the day for the highest frequency possible. So when you wake up in the morning, really you have one goal, which is before I leave the house, before I interact with any other person, I must be in the highest frequency possible to attract my highest outcomes and scenarios throughout the day, meaning to activate the highest timeline of my day. You see, so many people are trying to have quantum leaps, and really they should be focusing on can you have one good day? Like an incredible day. What type of momentum do you think that creates in your being? Okay, so you're gonna have this one good day. And before you go to sleep, your one goal is that you want to feel as good as possible and be at peace with whatever showed up, whatever happened, understanding that you attracted those things based on your vibration, or maybe even that things are dismantling because you're creating a new pattern of energy. And in shifting the way you relate to what happened in your day, you go to sleep in a vibration of uh neutralized harmony, and you wake up with a high, high, high chance for being in a high vibrational mood and state of being, and then you capture an incredible download from the universe. Today's amazing, I'm beautiful, and then you go on about your day. Okay, so now I'm gonna be getting into some personalized QA, and this is gonna be a really unique opportunity to perhaps witness yourself and what someone else is struggling with. Okay, so Jessica from Dallas says, I've done morning and night manifestation routines for months, but nothing is actually shifting in my life. What am I missing? Why do some people get massive quantum leaps while the rest of us seem to stay stuck in the same old reality? Amazing, amazing question. And I'm sure many of you can relate to it. This this feeling of being stuck, although you are doing everything, including, you know, morning ritual, night ritual, what have you. So here's the thing. I want to go back to what I brought up earlier as it pertain as it as it pertains to the power of feelings and emotional energy. Okay, so feelings energize your desire, your intention, and your the goal that you're aiming to reach. Okay, so the way you feel. Most people are doing these manifestation techniques, be it um affirmations, visualization, though uh scripting, these types of things, but they're not dropping themselves fully into the embodiment, right? So you may be listening to this and you're thinking, Aaron, I just really struggle to make it feel real. Okay. You have to override this idea that it's not real because guess what? For your body, for your nervous system, and even for your subconscious mind, it doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real. Like, really let that hit you. Your system is not saying, This is not a real experience, and this is a real experience. So I'm not gonna feel anything. No, it feels everything, it's absorbing everything. And so if you simply hold strong emotion and feeling, really feel it, really drop yourself into that frame, you will be magnetizing results. Okay, now the other caveat to this is many people do these types of exercises and routines, but all throughout the day, they're being negative. So you're using this night exercise and this morning exercise to help you prime, preset, and mold the energy. And if you had a bad day, then we talked about uh clearing the vibration of that energy through reliving it and not carrying the energy into the next day. However, if you're showing up throughout the day in such a negative emotional state of being, what you do in the morning and what you do in the evening or at night before you go to bed, it's not gonna be enough. And so I would challenge you, Jessica, to really think about what how are you feeling most often? There's the key. How do I feel mostly? How do I feel usually? Okay, so the whole point of the morning and night exercise is that you start feeling a little bit better each day. Okay, so if we strip manifestation down to the core, the core, the core, the core, the core, it's really what is your dominant state of being? That's what you should be focused on. That's what this whole video is really about. Getting you to permanently shift your dominant state of being. Okay, but you're doing it incrementally through leveraging morning and evening. Okay. Maria from LA says, as a busy mom with an overstimulated nervous system, how do I make a morning and night manifestation routine actually stick without it feeling like more pressure or another item on my endless to-do list? Now I think all of us can relate to this, whether you have children or a family or not. After a long day, the last thing you want to do is something that feels overly structured or systematic. If you are that individual, you can incorporate this into whatever uh whatever night routine you have. Okay. And I know specifically for my parents, every night can look different. Uh if you have younger children, right? And until things begin to uh stabilize and normalize and you get into some consistent routine. Um, let's say you're giving your child a bath. Okay, while you're giving them a bath, you know, maybe you are uh together doing this as an activity, talking about all of the great things that happened in earlier in the day. Or if you're eating dinner with your family, be uh maybe make it a family ritual and routine that we all recap the day and we talk about what did not go well, but maybe we talk about what we learned or how we would like to envision it moving forward, what it clarified for us. Um, and then we also share, you can also share gratitude. Well, what happened, what amazed one amazing thing happened to you? So, what I really love about this question is it's bringing up this shift for all of us that we need to begin sharing practices with our family or those around us so that it doesn't feel like I don't have time to do this, or this is something I do in my own little world, especially if you're a parent, be integrating these processes into your family dynamic. This is how you create tradition. This is how you create you in you embed these core principles in your family structure. So it doesn't feel like you're compartmentalizing yourself. Okay. Lauren from Boulder says, What's the real quantum difference between basic morning visualization and a true identity embodiment practice? How do you actually collapse timelines and jump realities instead of just hoping and waiting? Identity embodiment is really believing that you are that which you seek to be right now. Let's do a bit of a reframe here. When you do these techniques and these exercises, you want to Be closing the gap, and this gap says, This is who I am now, and I'm using this, using this as like a secret weapon, something to become what I really desire to be. You see, that approach in itself is a manifestation blind spot because underneath the in the intention, and yes, you're gonna go through the exercise, you're gonna drop into the feeling, you're still approaching it from the core operating system that I am not who I want to be. That's the dominant vibrational signal you're sending out. I am not that which I want to be. And I'm doing this technique universe because I really want to be that person, aka, I'm not that person yet. So the reframe is I'm doing this technique to be more of who I already am. Now, what do I mean by that? Because your brain, your ego, the mental portion of your being is gonna say, but I'm not that person. Okay, but you are that person, right? So this person said, What's the quantum difference? That's the quantum difference. Understanding that in the quantum field, infinite versions and frames of existence are happening right now. The version of you that has what you want already exists because past, present, and future are happening simultaneously. Time itself is an illusion. Your soul's energy has you dropped into this present moment to experience it as a now. But if you were to actually zoom out and you were to have your soul's truest, highest vantage point, all of these frames and slots would just be happening at once. And then you would pick one, and then your consciousness, your spirit would go into that frame, and then that would become your now. Okay, so everything you desire, the person you want to be, is now, and you have to believe that it's now, you have to act like it's now, not this gap energy that says, I'm trying to get there. I'm not trying to get there. Actually, I'm already it, and that that self is communicating with me so I can catch up, so I can catch up to the highest version of myself in the field that's now available and possible. You see, you have a desire to become this person because, on some level, it's already happening. That self is already uh glitching and bleeding into this timeline. That's why you're like, oh, that's what I want to be. I just identified it because it's coming, it's rushing into your reality uh faster than you may realize. Okay, Sophia from Miami says, How can I customize my morning and night routine for big, specific manifestations like calling in divine union? Okay, this is great. So if you want to be specific and you want to use uh morning and night um as you know, rituals for specific manifestations in this particular instance, what you can do is what does it feel like to go to sleep next to the love of your life and drop into that feeling state as if they were sleeping next to you? If you uh would, if you're manifesting a new job, what does it feel like to go to sleep that night after have already gotten the news that you got the job of your dreams? Okay, when you wake up in the morning, how does it feel to wake up next to that person? Okay, what does it feel like immediately after the day you got the manifestation you've been asking for? How do you wake up the next morning? Probably in still in a state of shock or bliss or this a whimsical, lighthearted feeling. Okay, so again, feeling state. If you got what you wanted, how would you feel that night? And then how would you feel that next day? And that, Sophia, is how you can use it in that way. Okay, Emily from Portland. How do you actually know if your manifestation routine is working on the quantum level? What real signs, synchronicities, and inner shifts prove the timeline is shifting? Phenomenal question. And the key is throughout the day, things should be happening differently. Meaning, reality is responding to you differently. Reality is responding to your vibration in a new way. Okay. So maybe you go to work typically, and you and your boss don't get along. Okay. You're doing this technique, you're doing this routine, you're neutralizing the energy of your morning, of your night and your morning. And so you should be getting different versions of people you're interacting with, different versions of um how you the dynamic, the workplace environment, the way your relationship typically works, and the way you communicate. So all throughout the day, you want to be scanning and looking for, ah, that was a little bit different because guess what? Every time you acknowledge it, you deepen your belief. And belief is a key, key ingredient in all of this. Without belief, and if it's still speculation, then the signal you send out will be weak. Okay. So even in the morning, right, you ask the universe and you say, Show me, I am open and willing and ready to witness synchronicity, signs, symbols, and possibilities. Because guess what? The universe is always communicating with you. Now, whether you're in a vibration to decode it or recognize it, it all depends on your energy. Like if you're negative, then you know, a song comes on the radio and the universe has a message for you, but you're just you don't even hear it. You're not even recognizing it because you're being negative and you're fixated and you're focused on something uh that doesn't serve you. Okay, so this is about where do you choose to focus? If you focus on miracles, oh my God, I know that's a sign. Oh my God, what are the odds and the chances of that car merging lanes, getting over uh crossing lanes and getting in front of me at this particular time where I'm aware enough to recognize it and I see 777 rainbow on the um the license plate. Okay, you have to actively ask and then look for it and then validate it and acknowledge it with joy and awe, like a child when it happens. Because what most people do is they will dumb this down. Oh, you know, it's just a coincidence. You know, big deal, a bunch of angel numbers on a license plate. But you see, children celebrate small moments of magic. That's why it's like they're living in a fairy tale. If you want to begin living in a fairy tale, you better celebrate everything. So for me, oh my God, like the small stuff is so much, so much more pleasing to me. Like the day-to-day interactions and banter, and oh my god, what are the odds? I'm at a coffee shop right now, and this amazing old woman is here, and we have this fantastic conversation, and I just know the universe brought us together. That to me is the the magic, the real magic. If you're gonna discount those things, then you're not ready for the big stuff, anyways, because that's you know, uh, I like to say, God, source, the universe lives in the details. The more detail-oriented you become, the more magic you will experience. Okay, and our final question let's do Rachel from Austin. Every time I do my night manifestation routine, I get hit with huge resistance and old karmic patterns. Is this normal or a sign that I'm doing it wrong? Okay, so I get the sense here, Rachel, that there's a resistance to drop into the experience because your mind is so fixated on I don't have what I want. I don't have what I want, and the agony, the distance, the pain between what I have now and what I want to have is too great that doing this little exercise, it really doesn't feel like it serves me. Okay. This is how I want you to shift. You taking the time to do the exercise is you getting to know energetically, emotionally, vibrationally, getting to know and become more familiar with the version of yourself that has what you do want. You see, you've been living in a reality of pain and suffering for so long that the nervous system might actually say, Whoa, alarm, feelings of joy and pleasure and gratitude. That's not my baseline. That doesn't feel safe. Okay, that doesn't, that's not normal to me. And so that is what the resistance actually is is that you will need to train your body and your imagination to adapt and calibrate to the new pattern of energy that would be positivity. Okay. So do it as much as you can, and you'll notice your capacity will expand for more. And don't feel bad. You see, if you feel bad that there's a little bit of resistance, no, coach yourself. It's okay. Every day I'm building and expanding this positive ball of energy and light in my life. And I know one day I'm gonna be in the position where I feel so good and it's so natural and it's so normal. And right now I understand that I'm just getting adjusted adjusted. So this is an adjustment period, which is very safe. Okay, so I hope you all resonated with these questions.
